Bayaraa was born on the 28th October 1964 as a son of the Dashdorj family in Ulaan Baatar. After having graduated at the Art College, he participated in many exhibitions all around the world.
- 1980 - 1991 - study of tanka (thang-ka) painting, the traditional style of Mongolian painting, and training as stage designer
- 1988 - 1993 - he worked as stage and dress designer at the Central Theater in Sukhbataar (Selenge district)
- 1992 - 1993 - on tour in Europe (various exhibitions, portrait painting and traditional Mongolian music)
- He has been living in Zurich since 1999.
